1. Introduction

Welcome to Textile Rags. By accessing our website textile-rags.com and placing an order for industrial wiping rags or textile waste, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Product Quality & Standards

As Textile Rags deals in recycled textile waste, please note:

• Variations: Slight variations in fabric weight, color, and texture are normal in recycled rags.
• Processing: Rags are sorted and cut into standard sizes. Precision cutting requests must be mentioned in the Purchase Order.
• Purity: We maintain 98-99% purity. Minor trims like buttons or zippers (up to 2%) may be present.

3. Weight and Quantity Tolerance

All transactions are based on net weight. A tolerance of 25kg to 50kg is considered acceptable.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Prices are quoted on Ex-Works or FOB basis.
• Payment via Bank Transfer to Textile Rags.
• Orders processed only after advance payment confirmation.

5. Claims and Returns

Any shortage or quality claim must be filed within 48 hours.

• Claims must be reported within 48 hours.
• No claims accepted after product use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Textile Rags shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics or force majeure events.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Legal disputes will be handled under local jurisdiction.
